Performs skin care analysis, treatments and therapies within the scope of the Practices’ licensing. Treatments include: Facials, body treatments, laser treatments, waxing, and make-up. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the esthetics field. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under general supervision. Reports to Clinic Manager.

• Perform skin care analysis and treatments to include facials, microdermabrasion’s, chemical peels, laser treatments, waxing and make-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service, establishing client relationships.
• Knowledgeable on all skin care products available in order to recommend the appropriate products to clients based on their skin type to address problems or issues they have.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patients timely or as instructed.
• Practice safe hand washing, gloving techniques.
• Order and maintain skincare inventory.
• Attend and participate in company meetings and training as scheduled.
• Obtain continuing education as necessary.
• Laundry & general housekeeping duties for Laser/Aesthetics room and clinical area as needed.
• Confirm your appointments and control your schedule in the system.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• LICENSE/EDUCATION – Must hold an active Cosmetology or Aesthetician license from the State of Texas
• LANGUAGE SKILLS – ability to clearly communicate thoughts and plans to clients, team members, and administration. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to and understand verbal feedback from clients. Ability to make marketing calls to the public to include cold calls and scheduled visits.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent.
• COMPUTER SKILLS – Ability to use Windows based applications and design programs.
• REASONING ABILITY – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
