• Assist Manager with the following:
• Staff Training
• Staff Scheduling
• Insurance Verification
• Check In/Check Out
• Schedule Appointments
• Monitor flow for patient care
• Staff Productivity
• Staff Redirection
• Patient Concerns

• Customer service oriented
• Great Communication Skills
• High school education - or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology
