The Optical Technician must be able to work with our diverse base of customers (i.e. pediatric, adolescent, and adult) by delivering quality optical care and outstanding and friendly customer service, establishing customer loyalty. This position will perform day-to-day tasks to ensure all optical patients' needs are met, including contact lens insertion and removal classes and follow-up care. The Optical Technician must also possess strong sales skills by demonstrating a high level of knowledge about products and determining patient's need for eyewear to recommend specific accessories and or enhancements.
