We are hiring a LEAD OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN for our WESTSIDE clinic.   This is a leadership role responsible for assisting MD’s and OD’s by managing clinic flow and overseeing the daily activities of the clinic and clinical staff.  Lead Techs are part of the clinical staff and are expected to work with the other Ophthalmic Techs when needed.

The Front Desk Associate provides exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone. This position interviews patients and/or their representatives to obtain complete and accurate demographic, financial, and insurance information, required for billing and collecting patient accounts. The Front Office Associate performs a variety of clerical and patient service duties necessary to maintain efficient flow of operations in the surgery center. The Front Office Associate may answer multiple phone lines, assist in processing medical records requests, enter patient demographic and insurance information, and accept patient payments.

The Optical Technician must be able to work with our diverse base of customers (i.e. pediatric, adolescent, and adult) by delivering quality optical care and outstanding and friendly customer service establishing customer loyalty. The Optical Technician must be able to assist patients with eyeglasses ordering and fittings.
