This position interviews patients and/or their representatives to obtain complete and accurate demographic, financial and insurance information, required for billing and collecting patient accounts. The Front Office Associate performs a variety of clerical and patient service duties necessary to maintain efficient flow of operations in the medical office. The Front Office Associate may answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, assist in processing medical records requests, enter patient demographic and insurance information, and accept patient payments.

The Physician Liaison serves as a representative for the doctors and services provided at the Practice. As a representative, they bridge the gap of communication between referring doctors and specialty physicians. During these provider liaison visits, they meet with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, and new treatments.
The Optical Technician must be able to work with our diverse base of customers (i.e. pediatric, adolescent, and adult) by delivering quality optical care and outstanding and friendly customer service establishing customer loyalty. The Optical Technician must be able to assist patients with eyeglasses ordering and fittings. The Optical Technician must also possess strong sales skills by demonstrating a high level of knowledge about our products and determining our patient's need for eyewear to recommend specific accessories and or enhancement for glasses.
