Position Summary

We are actively recruiting for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team at EyeSouth Partners. The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition department with administrative support for recruiting and interviewing activities.

Responsibilities

Administrative Activities 

  • Conducts employment related research and assists Talent Acquisition team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates. 
  • Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level. 
  • Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor. 
  • Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others. 
  • Participates in and provides analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs. 
  • Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events. 
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data. 
  • Serves as point of contact for provision of consultative service to hiring authorities. 
  • Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refers to recruiters and other staff as appropriate. 
  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative. 
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process. 
  • Create, send out, and update offer letters, and follow up on offer letter status as needed.  
  • Provide hiring managers with general assistance with our ATS (iCIMS), such as providing logins and trouble shooting.  
  • Coordinate with candidates, recruiters and our onboarding team to provide candidates with instruction for the completion of background checks, drug screens, health screens, and other onboarding items.
  • Follow up with candidates on time sensitive onboarding items and provide updates on status to hiring managers.  
  • Manage the recruitment for entry level roles as needed.  
  • Assist with the coordination of panel interviews. 
  • Review and update job postings and post them to our internal and external job boards. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or the equivalent years related experience required 
  • 2 + years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related field. 
  • 2 + years working in iCIMS ATS preferred. 
  • Self-started with proven ability to executeDetail-oriented, creative and possess strong organizational skills.  
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Strong and proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND CONDITIONS 

  • Standard office environment with exposure to communicable disease.  
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.  
  • Talking. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. 
  • Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. 
  • Walking. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. 
  • Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time. 
  • Reaching. Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. 
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  
  • Vision. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; using measurement devices; at distances close to the eyes. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close hearing, vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  
  • The worker is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
