Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and driven interns to join our team for a summer internship program (Full-Time) in our Atlanta office (Sandy Springs). 

 

This internship will provide valuable exposure to our Human Resources (HR) operations, where interns will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop key skills essential for success in the HR sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with HRIS data changes related to compensation changes, performance evaluations, and status changes
  • Assists with various compensation projects, conducts market data analysis, and reviews internal pay equity
  • Assists in the development and improvement of company job descriptions
  • Composes competent employee communications regarding policy and procedural changes
  • Reviews resumes in online database to recruit qualified individuals for specific open positions
  • Assists in recruitment activities and special projects, as needed
  • Maintains accurate and updated employee files in accordance with company policies and government regulations

Qualifications

  • Currently a rising sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field of study
  • Ability to work both remotely and report to headquarter offices in Sandy Springs weekly
  • Ability to independently research topics or problems, identify potential solutions and to organize information to create a logical picture for others to understand
  • Ability to work in detail-oriented, dynamic and changing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills, including ability to perform VLOOKUP, formulas, formatting and charts
  • Solid math skill with an understanding of pro-ration, percentages, and ratios
  • Experience with Microsoft Office skill including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint are required
