Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and driven interns to join our team for a summer internship program (Full-Time) in our Atlanta office (Sandy Springs). 

 

This internship will provide valuable exposure to our Clinical Operations, where interns will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop key skills essential for success in the Clinical Operations sector.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough data analysis to provide actionable insights, identifying trends and patterns that support key operations decisions.

  • Operations Central SharePoint Management: Regularly update and enhance the Operations Central SharePoint site, ensuring it remains a dynamic and user-friendly platform. Continuously improve its functionality to encourage adoption and usage by RDOs (Regional Distribution Operators) and the broader Operations team.

  • Project Support: Assist in specific tasks and projects that align with departmental goals, providing data-driven support to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support ongoing operational initiatives and strategic decision-making, helping to drive improvements in processes and performance.

  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with team members to brainstorm, ideate, and develop innovative solutions to challenges facing the department. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective teamwork and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or graduated from a related program.
  • Strong desire to gain practical experience in this field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
