We are actively recruiting for a Project Manager to join our growing team at EyeSouth Partners.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in leading and coordinating a diverse portfolio of projects including practice integrations, new office openings (de novos), organization-wide standardization initiatives, and strategic ad hoc projects. This role requires a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, not authority. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
• Lead integration efforts for newly affiliated practices, including alignment with operational, clinical, and shared services teams.
• Drive de novo office launch projects, managing task lists, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Support standardization efforts across the organization, identifying and helping implement best practices in operations, workflows, and technology.
• Serve as a central point of communication for project status, risk mitigation, and follow-ups across departments and leadership levels.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status updates.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
• Use project management tool of choice, Smartsheet, to track and report on project progress.
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of project management experience; healthcare, MSO, or multi-site organization experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency or familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead by influence — effectively managing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor communication for different audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus but not required.
