The Front Office Associate performs a variety of clerical and patient service duties necessary to maintain efficient flow of operations in the medical office. The Front Office Associate may answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, assist in processing medical records requests, enter patient demographic and insurance information, and accept patient payments.

The Optician must be able to assist patients with eyeglasses ordering and fittings. The Optician must also possess strong sales skills by demonstrating a high level of knowledge about our products and determining our patient's need for eyewear to recommend specific accessories and or enhancement for glasses.
