Seeking medical scribe for an ophthalmology practice.  Primary duty will be to scribe and enter chart data when the doctor is in the office.  Other medical administrative tasks will be taught and performed when the doctor is not in the office.  Some travel to other offices may be part of the job if a need arises, but travel will be rare and optional.
