We are now hiring a Operating Room Nurse. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to support the clinic’s goals of providing each patient with a positive experience while receiving quality comprehensive eye care from the providers.
The Operating Room Nurse provides ongoing assessment and nursing care to patients in the facility in accordance with Physician’s orders, policies, procedures, and processes within the scope of practice. Collaborates with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The Operating Room Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect provision of safe, professional nursing care of the patients in the operating room. The nurse is accountable for ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to patients within the perioperative and outpatient environment utilizing the nursing process.
Responsible for all functions related to clinical operations, including but not limits to policy and procedure development, development or staff training, and performance and disciplinary counseling. Ensure policies and procedures are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals, are following professional standards and state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
The Optical Technician must be able to work with our diverse base of customers (i.e. pediatric, adolescent, and adult) by delivering quality optical care and outstanding and friendly customer service establishing customer loyalty. The Optical Technician must be able to assist patients with eyeglasses ordering and fittings. The Optical Technician must also possess strong sales skills by demonstrating a high level of knowledge about our products and determining our patient's need for eyewear to recommend specific accessories and or enhancement for glasses.
We are now hiring a PRN Registered Nurse. Candidate must demonstrate a commitment to support the clinic’s goals of providing each patient with a positive experience while receiving quality comprehensive eye care from the providers. The Register Nurse will perform nursing care for the patient in the immediate post-operative/post-anesthesia period, assessing and documenting the patient’s status upon arrival in the recovery room. The RN provides nursing care to meet patient needs related to surgical condition and type of anesthesia administered, monitoring patient, and informing the surgeon or anesthetist of observed complications.

The Clinical Support Supervisor works with the leadership team to provide oversight of the clinical activity within the practice and handles the training of current and new technicians on exam skills, diagnostic equipment, and new clinical procedures and policies. Efficiently directs the workflow of technicians to ensure smooth patient flow. The Clinical Support Supervisor provides leadership, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is knowledgeable of applicable laws, regulations, and standards by JCAHPO and other regulatory agencies.
