The Patient Services Supervisor (Front Desk Supervisor) position allows you to provide a welcoming environment to both our patients and physicians.  Our patient services staff report high levels of satisfaction with their roles at Central Florida Eye Specialists because they get to play a vital role in building relationships with our patients and creating a memorable experience for them.  Though the days may be long and busy, we find the results to be well worth the effort.    Our Patient Services Supervisor (Front Desk Supervisor) is a working supervisor and will be actively working alongside the front desk team, greeting and checking in patients, verifying demographic information, obtaining signatures on patient consents, capturing insurance cards, verifying authorization accuracy, collect co-pays and past due balances, working reschedule and recall lists, and balance end of day deposits.  The supervisor role will also be responsible for maintaining staff schedules, handling staff call outs, serve as the first line of defense with navigating patient complaints, will assist with the management team on providing staff feedback and HR related issues, as well as be responsible for the training, education and development of new team members.  This is a great position for someone who has customer service leadership experience, regardless of industry.  This position will frequently travel between all locations.  Leadership experience is preferred.
