The Front Desk Associate provides exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone. This position interviews patients and/or their representatives to obtain complete and accurate demographic, financial and insurance information, required for billing and collecting patient accounts. The Front Office Associate performs a variety of clerical and patient service duties necessary to maintain efficient flow of operations in the medical office. The Front Office Associate may answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, assist in processing medical records requests, enter patient demographic and insurance information, and accept patient payments.

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. We are actively recruiting for an open position of Preop/PACU LPN, at our affiliate, Eyecare Associates (Outpatient Eye Surgery Center).  The LPN hired will assist in the daily operations of the Preop/PACU in accordance with established federal, state, and accreditation standards and facility policies and procedures.  Participates in direct patient care including maintaining a clean, orderly and safe environment.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to support the clinic’s goals of providing each patient with a positive experience while receiving quality comprehensive eye care from the providers.   The Operating Room Nurse provides ongoing assessment and nursing care to patients in the facility in accordance with Physician’s orders, policies, procedures, and processes within the scope of practice.  Collaborates with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The Operating Room Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect provision of safe, professional nursing care of the patients in the operating room. The nurse is accountable for ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to patients within the perioperative and outpatient environment utilizing the nursing process.

The Co-management coordinator is responsible for receiving, coordinating, and updating incoming referrals for all physicians; provide assistance with maintaining referral relationships with community optometrists and referring physicians. Monitor CoFi invoices, ensuring that referring providers receive payment timely and that invoices are completed.
