The Office Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing all staff and clinical activities at the assigned office location. The office manager ensures quality services are provided according to established policies and procedures; is responsible for working in collaboration with practice physician(s) to manage templates and patient schedules. The office manager works closely with Human Resources and Administration on employee performance evaluations, hiring, transfers, promotions, and employee relations concerns.
We are now hiring a Surgical Technician to assist Physician(s) and the Nurse Manager by preparing, maintaining and anticipating instrument and procedural needs for all surgical procedures in accordance to regulatory standards.
The Clinical Manager provides oversight of the clinical activity within the practice and handles the training of current and new technicians on exam skills, diagnostic equipment, and new clinical procedures and policies. Efficiently directs the workflow of technicians to ensure smooth patient flow. The Clinical Manager provides leadership, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is knowledgeable of applicable laws, regulations, and standards by JCAHPO and other regulatory agencies.
This position would manage clinical staff in West Chester, Hamilton, Oxford, Eastgate, Anderson and the west side.
The Surgery Coordinator is responsible for the surgery coordination and education of services for our patients. Surgery Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to premium services conversion, surgery scheduling, paperwork, and patient coordination of all procedures provided by our doctors. Must be extremely organized, detailed, a strong team player, and an effective communicator.
The Front Desk Associate provides exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone. This position interviews patients and/or their representatives to obtain complete and accurate demographic, financial and insurance information, required for billing and collecting patient accounts. The Front Office Associate performs a variety of clerical and patient service duties necessary to maintain efficient flow of operations in the medical office. The Front Office Associate may answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, assist in processing medical records requests, enter patient demographic and insurance information, and accept patient payments.
