The Director of HR Shared Services plays a pivotal role in building and overseeing multiple critical HR functions within our organization. The Benefits Verification Specialist will contact insurance companies, on behalf of the physician’s office, to verify patient specific benefits. The Benefits Verification Specialist will ask appropriate questions regarding patient’s benefits and complete data entry and/or appropriate forms to document patient’s benefits coverage.

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, referring doctor offices and pharmacies, assisting them with inquiries, appointments, medical information, and providing outstanding customer service.This is an on site role in our Lawrenceville office.
